This Single Origin Mexican coffee from a family farm in Chiapas, MX, is one of our best-sellers and an absolutely exquisite coffee.

ROAST: Medium, specialty-grade and roasted fresh for each order.

ORIGIN: Single Origin coffee from Alma de Chiapas, an umbrella cooperative for certifications such as as Fair Trade and Organic for groups of farmers. Alma de Chiapas serves as an incubator to strengthen these groups in business, finance and quality management, ultimately helping them become direct, independent members of Impacto Transformador. Alma de Chiapas is made up of 599 farmers, (490 men and 109 women) and cultivates 1,654 hectares of land.

TASTE PROFILE: This skeleton will bring you a slight dark cherry flavor, mixed with a hint of rich baker's chocolate and graham cracker, along with a soft and mellow taste. Unless you don't buy it. Then he will bring you nothing.
